Queen’s Engineering Awards, Canada 2022-23

The Engineering International Admission Awards provided by Queen’s University are the ideal chance for you if you’re hoping to finance your studies in Canada. For the academic year 2022–2023, the prize is being given out.

The best candidates for this scholarship programme are international undergraduate students who want to enrol at Queen University Faculty of Engineering and Applied Sciences.     Public research university Queen’s University at Kingston, also known as Queen’s University or simply Queen’s, is located in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. In addition to owning Herstmonceux Castle in East Sussex, England, Queen’s also has more than 1,400 hectares (3,500 acres) of land in Ontario. Eight faculties and schools make up Queen’s.

    Queen Victoria granted a royal charter to the Church of Scotland in October 1841, establishing Queen’s College. 13 students and two professors attended the initial classes, which were conducted on March 7th and were designed to prepare students for the ministry.

    The first Canadian university west of the Maritime provinces to allow women was Queen’s in 1869. After male faculty, staff, and students responded negatively to the admittance of women to the university’s medical programmes, a women’s institution for medical education affiliated with Queen’s University was founded in 1883.

    Queen’s dropped its ties to the Presbyterian Church in 1912 and changed its name to what it is known as today. The university enlarged its campus by building additional buildings in the middle of the 20th century, creating a number of faculties and schools.

    • Eligible Course or Subjects: Any undergraduate programme of choice offered at the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Queen’s University can be applied for.

    • The applicants must be entering the first year of any first-entry undergraduate degree program in the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science.
